Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will report to the Sales Administration Manager, and who’ll be tasked with providing world class customer service to our Sales team and dealer network. As part of your role, you will adhere closely to order, pricing and shipping guidelines.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Support and execute daily order management transactions accurately and in line with existing guidelines.
• Assist dealers and DSM’s with order entry including troubleshooting.
• Submit orders for financial approvals and work with the finance companies, DSM and dealer to resolve any delays. Escalate if no resolution is found.
• Communicate with DSM to ensure they are fully aware of any difficulties with a particular order or dealer.
• Be able to explain in detail how the MY program works, financing options and any other program questions that may arise. Seek out resources as needed to provide timely and accurate answers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support answering questions for dealers and DSM’s both through phone and email in a prompt and courteous manner.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• HS Diploma
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, no matter how small

Preferred:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (ex. CSI or Anita)
• Some familiarity with basic accounting practices
